Solar Scheduler, Retro (Vacaville)
Citadel Roofing & Solar is looking for a New Homes Solar Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Vacaville, CA.
Citadel Roofing & Solar is made up of industry veterans with more than 30 years of experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence to
new construction home builders throughout Northern California.
Responsibilities:
- Set appointments for homeowners with either technicians or install crews.
- Manage the calendar and ensuring all critical information regarding appointments are properly recorded and communicated as necessary
- Conduct follow up post appointment to ensure all data or relevant information gathered at the appointment is recorded and communicated to the appropriate team members.
- A critical aspect of daily tasks is to assist ops team in the organization of information to bridge the gap between the back end administrative and sales side of the project and the physical field work performed.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous experience in solar and/or general construction preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, able to conduct themselves professionally in a high functioning department with rapidly changing priorities, self-motivated, able to learn quickly and work well in a team environment.
- Punctual with appointments and deadlines.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
