Citadel Roofing and Solar is located in Vacaville; however, we have jobs all over the bay area.
Responsibilities:
- Pull inventory for each job and organize.
- Manage a team of 1-3 installers.
- Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware.
- Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment.
- Perform both DC and AC wire connections.
- Proficient in conduit bending up to 1-1/4” EMT.
- Make sure the jobsite is cleaned up nightly and at the end of the project.
- Communicate and document job completion.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of solar installation required.
- Able to read solar and single line drawings.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in extreme environments (sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.).
- Knowledge of NEC electrical codes.
- Must be reliable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment physical.
