Citadel Roofing and Solar is looking for a Commercial Solar Crew Lead! We are looking for hard-working and EXPERIENCED Electricians that take pride in their trade.  Interested? Great! Keep reading!

 Citadel Roofing and Solar is located in Vacaville; however, we have jobs all over the bay area. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Pull inventory for each job and organize.
  • Manage a team of 1-3 installers.
  • Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware.
  • Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment.
  • Perform both DC and AC wire connections.
  • Proficient in conduit bending up to 1-1/4” EMT.
  • Make sure the jobsite is cleaned up nightly and at the end of the project.
  • Communicate and document job completion.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of solar installation required.
  • Able to read solar and single line drawings.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in extreme environments (sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.).
  • Knowledge of NEC electrical codes.
  • Must be reliable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment physical.
