Citadel Roofing & Solar is looking for a Solar New Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position is based in West Sacramento, CA.
Citadel Roofing & Solar is made up of industry veterans with more than 30 years of experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence to
new construction home builders throughout Northern California
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the project cycle for new construction PV projects.
- Provide project support for sales consultants and site superintendents.
- Manage ongoing pipeline tasks of 40-50 jobs consistently.
- Assist Project Manager with administrative tasks.
- Provide support to assigned home builder accounts.
Qualifications:
- General construction knowledge.
- 1-3 years of construction-related experience -- solar PV preferred.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, etc.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
