Citadel Roofing & Solar is looking for a Solar Superintendent (New Construction) to join our growing Solar Operations Team. The company is based in Vacaville, however, this position will work in the Bay Area. This position reports to the General Superintendent.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and supervise crews on multiple job sites and locations.
- Coordinate, organize and visit projects. Inspect work to ensure compliance and quality workmanship.
- Order, coordinate and monitor delivery of proper materials.
- Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Train field staff, with an emphasis on employee development and safety assurance.
- Maintain documentation of individual projects, identify variances, monitor budgets and implement corrective action.
- Comply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and clean work environment.
- Ensure weekly tailgate trainings are being done and appropriate paperwork is being completed and turned in.
- Coordinate inspections as needed.
- Review and approve weekly payroll.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years residential roofing and/or solar experience required
- Bilingual - English/Spanish (helpful but not required)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior project management and quality assurance experience
- Ability to handle a variety of duties with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate initiative and innovative thinking
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and physical
- Travel within the Bay Area is required. Occasional travel to Vacaville as well
